I’ve stayed in two Airbnb’s so far and I’ve loved both experiences. Both times, I got to live in an amazing place in a great location for can’t-miss price (how can you argue with that?), and more importantly, I got to hang out with some cool, interesting people.
But how do you go from an idea that started with a few friends and air mattresses to having over 800,000 listings in over 190 countries worldwide?
That is serious fucking growth.
Today, we have Jason Bosinoff, the Engineering Manager for the Growth Team at Airbnb. Learn how he and the company think about growth, the critical philosophy they share to find true fans, some of the highest ROI strategies they’ve used to explode users, and the goals they have for the future. Then, he finishes with the one single thing you can do rapidly grow your biz (hopefully to the heights of Airbnb).
If you’re thinking about starting a business or already have on going, you’re going to love the lessons you’re about to learn.

P.S. I did my research. Jason got a 1600 on his SAT. Don’t miss this one.
