“Not for everyone.”
Doug Crashley, owner of Crash Conditioning in Calgary, Alberta, trains hockey players, molding young prospects into big-time athletes and taking big-time athletes to the next level. He’s not shy about demanding awe-inspiring work ethic and passion from his players nor is he the kind of guy to sugarcoat things. But just as he expects a lot from his men, he puts an incredible amount of dedication into them, too.
Today, listen along as he explains how to build the athleticism of a high-performing hockey player (breaking it down into three steps), how he gets everyone from prospects to veterans to unlock their full potential, and what it takes to succeed at the top level.
